Whole Wheat Bread
Ingredients:
- 5 dl whole wheat flour
- 1 dl sesame seeds
- 1 dl sunflower seeds
- 1 dl shredded coconut
- 1 dl chopped cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 1/2 dl boiling water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp rosemary
Instructions:
- Mix Ingredients:
- Combine all the ingredients well in a bowl.
- Prepare for Baking:
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake:
- Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes.
- Remove the bread from the pan and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes.
