Seed Crispbread

Seed Crispbread
- 1 dl sunflower seeds
- 1 dl sesame seeds
- 1.5 dl flaxseeds
- 1 dl pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 dl wholemeal or fine spelt flour
- 1 dl olive oil
- 3 dl boiling water
Mix the seeds, salt, and spelt flour together. Pour the oil and boiling water over and stir. The mixture should have the consistency of porridge. Spread it thinly onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt flakes. Bake at 150°C for 45 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave it in for an additional 15 minutes. Remove and let cool. Break into pieces.
