Date and Olive Pesto Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup red pesto
- About 1/2 cup feta cheese in oil + 1 tbsp of the oil
- 1/2 cup black olives, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup cashews, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
