Overnight Oats
- 2 tbsp gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 chopped date
- 1 tbsp chopped cashews
- 1 2/3 dl milk (oat milk, almond milk, soy milk)
- Blueberries for garnish
Place the oats, chia seeds, date, cashews, and milk in a jar with a lid. Shake well and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
Garnish with blueberries and cashews.
