
Yogurt Muffins

Yogurt Muffins
- 4 dl sugar
- 220 g margarine
- 3 medium eggs / 4 small eggs
Beat together in a mixer until light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, mix:
- 5 dl flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- 100 g grated dark chocolate of your choice
Add to the mixer bowl and mix briefly.
- 1 small container of coffee yogurt or peanut-caramel yogurt
Fold into the batter and mix for a short moment.
Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling them just over halfway.
Preheat the oven to 180–200°C (not fan-forced). Baking time depends on the size of the muffins and your oven, but they are done when they stop making a sizzling sound. 😁
