Chocolate-Covered Date Bites with Chili Pistachios

1 cup chopped soft dates

½ cup roughly chopped chili pistachios

½ cup shredded coconut

1 cup chocolate nut butter (or any soft chocolate spread)
For coating:

200 g dark chocolate

1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the dates, chili pistachios, coconut, and chocolate nut butter until combined.
