Simple Blueberry Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 dl flour
- 1 1/2 dl sugar
- 3 dl oats
- 2 dl almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 g melted butter
- 300 g fresh blueberries (or more)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, oats, almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the melted butter and stir until combined. The dough should be crumbly.
- Spread 2/3 of the dough into a greased baking dish.
- Evenly distribute the blueberries on top without pressing them down.
- Sprinkle the remaining dough over the berries.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
