Italian pasta salad with sun-dried tomatoes. A colorful, summery and light pasta salad that can be either a stand alone or a side dish with other food

Italian pasta salad with sun-dried tomatoes

300 g of pasta

1/2 red pepper

1/2 yellow bell pepper

1 dl leeks

1 b sun-dried tomatoes (one jar)

2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

dressing

2 tbsp good olive oil

2 teaspoons vinegar

2 tsp honey

salt and pepper

Boil the paste according to packing instructions. Pour off the water, rinse and allow to cool. Cut down the peppers, leeks and sun-dried tomatoes and add with the basil.

Shake oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper and pour over the pesto. Let stand for about hour before applying.
