Súrsaðir hrútspungar – Rams testicles soured in whey (watery liquid that separates from the curd when the milk is clotted, as in making skyr),
Svið – Sheeps head,
Hangikjöt – Smoked lamb meat,
Blóðmör og lifrarpylsa – Blood pudding and liver pudding also soured
