Rosemary and Almond Crackers
It’s always nice to have some healthy and tasty homemade crackers to snack on or to offer when guests arrive. They’re excellent with cheese, hummus, almond butter, or other delicious spreads. Or just enjoy them on their own. Let’s roll up our sleeves and bake!
Rosemary and Almond Crackers
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups (soy)milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1 dl almonds, coarsely chopped
- 1 dl pumpkin seeds
- 1 dl sesame seeds
- 1 dl flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons rosemary
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a loaf pan. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes.
- Remove from the pan and let cool.
- Slice the bread into thin slices, place them on baking paper, and bake at 135°C (275°F) for 20-30 minutes, or until the slices are golden in color. You may need to turn the slices over.
- Serve with cheese, hummus, almond butter, or other delicious spreads.
