- 1 1/3 cups cashews
- 3/4 cup water (or slightly less)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp good-quality honey
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dill
- 1/3 tsp salt
