Beetroot hummus. Beautiful in color, dedicated and adorable. No more words are needed about it.

Beetroot hummus

2 medium sized beetroot

1 ds chicken beans

½ teaspoon salt

3 tbsp tahini

2 tablespoons lemon juice

A little water

2 tbsp honey

2 garlic cloves, chopped rough

Cut the beetroot roughly and boil for about an hour. or until well cooked. Cool. Put the beetroot in a food processor, pour the juice from the chicken beans and assemble. Add salt, tahini, lemon juice, water, honey and garlic. Mix well together.
