Mashed sweet potatoes with white chocolate
1 large sweet potato
2 Tbsp butter or coconut oil
1 garlic cloves, finely chopped
a little chili powder
salt and pepper
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp nutmeg
70-100 g white chocolate drops
Peel the potato, cut into coarse pieces and boil. Pour the water, add butter, chili, salt, pepper, cumin and nutmeg. Mash with a magic wand or the good old potato masher. Finally add the white chocolate drops.
