Carrot cake
1 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup good oil
1 cup grated carrots
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 small can of pineapple peel/grated
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together eggs and sugar.
Mix the dry ingredients with the egg mixture, then the cooking oil and finally the pineapple peel.
Bake at 170°C for 40 min
cream
150 g cream cheese
1 tbsp soft butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup icing sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
Mix everything together and place over the cake
