Easy blueberry cake
150 gr (5.3 oz) flour
300 gr (10.6 oz) sugar
270 gr (9.5 oz) oats
80 gr (2.8 oz) almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
200 gr (7 oz) melted butter
300 gr (10.6 oz) fresh blueberries or more
Combine flour, sugar, oatmeal, almond flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Put the melted butter in and stir together. The dough should not stick together.
Put 2/3 of the dough into a greased oven-proof dish.
Sprinkle the blueberries over the dough and spread the rest of the dough on top of the berries.
Bake at 180° C (360°F) for about 20 minutes or until the surface turns golden-brown.
