100 g soft butter
100 g sugar
2 eggs
250 g flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dl milk (or more)
Beat together eggs and sugar, add butter, dry ingredients, spices and milk.
Bake in two small cake tins.
175 ° C for about 25 minutes.
Cream
300 g icing sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
vanilla drops
boiling water
60 g butter
50 g chocolate
Melt butter and chocolate. Mix everything else in a mixer and chocolate / butter in the rest. Put the cream between the two cakes.
