Chickpea chocolate Nutella
Homemade nutella can be used as a spread on toast or crackers, or as a topping for ice cream, waffles, and other desserts. It is thick and spreadable, but also has a slight fluidity that allows it to spread easily. Has a rich and luxurious texture that is both satisfying and indulgent.
Chickpea chocolate Nutella
1 ds chickpeas
1 1/2 b oat milk
170 g 70% chocolate
5 soft dates
1 tablespoon syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
Strain the juice from the chickpeas. Melt chocolate and coconut oil. Put everything in a food processor and puree very well.
Add milk if you think it’s too thick.
