Frumleg Pavlova
Á veitingastaðnum Albárdos í Szeged í Ungverjalandi, nokkuð fyrir sunnan Búdapest, fengum við nýstárlega útgáfu af Pavlovu. Ferskum jarðarberjum var blandað saman við mascarpone, þessi blanda var sett á disk og ofan á hana raðað litlum eggjahvítutoppum. En ljúffeng var hún.
